Rule 12
<br> where the secondary market of bonds can be traded through the securities market
Bonds issued in accordance with Rule 3 may be traded in the secondary market through the securities market.
(2) For the purpose of trading in the secondary market according to sub-rule (1), the bank shall list the type, amount, interest rate, principal interest payment period and other details of the bond to be traded in the securities market.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), secondary market transactions can be done through bond brokers or market makers listed by the bank.
